Assistant Professor Reza Ghodssi (ECE/ISR) was among the nationally known nanotechnology experts speaking at a National Cancer Institute symposium on the role of nanotechnology in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, Oct. 27, 2004. "Overcoming Barriers to Collaboration" was held at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. The program raised awareness of nanotechnology and its potential within the cancer research community, and encouraged dialogue between the nanotechnology and cancer biology communities.
