Mr. Yuichi Kato, one of Honda R&D's first visiting scientists to ISR in 1999-2000, paid a return visit on Sept. 2. Mr. Kato had worked with ISR-affiliated Professor William Levine (ECE) on motorcycle noise damping systems.
