ISR Professor of the Practice Marvin Sambur will be speaking at the Air Force Systems Engineering Conference in Crystal City on Aug. 5. He will be presenting the results of the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) Effectiveness Study as a member of the "Systems Engineering Applied (How SE is applied and measured)" panel.

The study was conducted by Sambur, Professor John Baras (ECE/ISR) and Professor Eyad Abed (ECE/ISR), both former directors of ISR.

The theme of the conference is Systems Engineering: A Key Enabler to Development, Acquisition & Sustainment.
