Professor Anthony Ephremides (ECE/ISR) will deliver a keynote lecture at the upcoming IEEE Communication Theory Workshop in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on May 22. He will speak on the topic of "What is in Sensor Networks for Communication Theory.?

This year?s event marks the 35th Annual IEEE Communication Theory Workshop. The workshop is known for its informal and highly interactive atmosphere, in contrast to more formal conferences. The workshop will feature renowned leaders from both academia and industry. Ephremides is one of three featured plenary speakers. The others are Dr. P.R. Kumar of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and Dr. H. Vincent Poor of Princeton University.
