Congratulations to Avis Cohen (Biology/ISR), who has been promoted to full professor beginning July 1, 2002. Dr. Cohen's research interests are in neuromorphic engineering of walking systems, functional implications of regeneration of spinal cord, modeling of neuronal oscillators and neural circuits, and motor control in vertebrates and invertebrates.
