Professor Ben Shneiderman (CS/ISR) had a hand in the federal government's new guide to developing web sites that are as citizen-centric and user-friendly as possible.
Shneiderman says, "Design is difficult, but these new research-based guidelines are an important step foward in providing assistance to those who are dedicated to quality."
