Pradeep Khosla, a member of ISR's Strategic Advisory Council, has been named Dean of the College of Engineering at Carnegie-Mellon University, effective July 1.

Khosla is currently the chair of the Electrical and Computer Engineerng Department and co-director of CyLab. He is the Philip and Marsha Dowd Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Robotics. A member of the Carnegie Mellon faculty since 1986 and a alumnus of the university, Khosla has demonstrated his leadership in research and education initiatives at the university and internationally.
