ISR Founding Director John Baras thanks University System of Maryland Chancellor William "Brit" Kirwan, an early champion of the Institute.

 

ISR would like to thank everyone who participated in our 20th Anniversary Celebration Symposium on April 14. This was a very special day for the Institute. At left, ISR Founding Director John S. Baras presents Chancellor William "Brit" Kirwan with a token of thanks. The Chancellor was instrumental in supporting ISR's early development when he was the president of the University of Maryland.
