ISR would like to thank everyone who participated in our 20th Anniversary Celebration Symposium on April 14. This was a very special day for the Institute. At left, ISR Founding Director John S. Baras presents Chancellor William "Brit" Kirwan with a token of thanks. The Chancellor was instrumental in supporting ISR's early development when he was the president of the University of Maryland.
