Dr. Steven A. Gabriel gave a seminar on energy market equilibrium modeling at IFPEN (Institut Français du Pétrole, Energies Nouvelles, http://www.ifpenergiesnouvelles.fr/) in Paris, France on March 31, 2011.  His lecture discussed modeling approaches based on game theory and optimization that provide more realism for global energy markets and energy infrastructure decision-making.
