If Maryland wants to lead in AI and quantum, it must lead in clean energy, too

Artificial intelligence and quantum computing are the industries of tomorrow -- with a heavy demand on the power grid of today. Which is why the state needs to invest in renewable energy, the authors write, if it wants to lead in AI and quantum.
